OUR PRICING POLICY
So that we may protect the valuable relationships we have within our national dealer network,
we are unable to publish central vacuum pricing on our web site. However, we make this pledge
to you, give us 2 minutes of your time to complete the inquiry form below, and we'll return a
personalized pricing quote to you based upon YOUR home and YOUR needs in 24 hours or less
(weekend inquiries will be satisfied on the next business day). Give us a shot — we know you'll be

• Contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. No returns will be
  processed without an RGA number.
  
  
• Item must be returned within sixty (60) days of the date of shipment.
  
  
• Item must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, with all instruction
  manuals, parts and accessories, to ensure full credit.
  
  
• Provide a copy of original order or invoice.
  
  
• RGA number must be referenced on paperwork and on outside of shipping
  carton.
  
  
• Original shipping and handling, and return postage charges will not be refunded.
  
  
• A restocking charge may apply.
  
  
• Returned merchandise may take up to six weeks to receive, process and issue a refund.
  
  
• Deviation from our return policy may result in a restocking charge and/or add to
  the time it takes to receive a refund or replacement.
  

We reserve the right not to issue or process a credit or refund in the event the
returned product is received in unsatisfactory condition.
